The ATEN Presentation Matrix Switch VP1421 is a powerful all-in-one AV solution that combines a video matrix switch, True 4K scaler, HDBaseT extender, audio DSP, and analog-to-digital converter into a compact and installation-friendly design. Built for professional presentation environments, the VP1421 simplifies AV integration while delivering exceptional video quality, flexible audio management, and reliable signal transmission.

Featuring four multi-format inputs, including HDMI, VGA, and HDBaseT connectivity, the ATEN Presentation Matrix Switch VP1421 allows seamless switching between multiple presentation sources. The system supports one HDMI output and one HDBaseT output, providing flexible display options for meeting rooms, classrooms, training facilities, huddle spaces, exhibition galleries, and hospitality venues.

Designed to enhance presentation performance, the VP1421 supports True 4K resolutions up to 4096 x 2160 at 60Hz, ensuring crystal-clear image quality for professional AV applications. Support for 4K HDR, HDMI, HDCP 2.2, and ATEN EDID Expert™ technology guarantees optimal compatibility and reliable video performance across connected devices.

The integrated scaler enables video upscaling from 1080p to 4K for Display A and downscaling from 4K to 1080p for Display B, allowing compatibility between displays with different resolution capabilities. This feature helps ensure smooth operation in mixed-display environments.

The ATEN Presentation Matrix Switch VP1421 also includes advanced audio processing capabilities. Built-in Audio DSP supports microphone input with selectable 48V phantom power, microphone mixing, audio embedding, and audio de-embedding. The system can automatically lower program audio levels when microphone input is detected, ensuring clear voice communication during presentations and meetings.

For streamlined operation, the VP1421 offers multiple control methods, including front-panel buttons, IR remote control, RS-232, Ethernet-based web GUI, and the ATEN Video Presentation Control App. Bi-directional RS-232 and IR pass-through over HDBaseT further simplify system integration and device management.
