Built for reliable environmental monitoring, the ATEN Temperature Sensor EA1640 provides highly accurate temperature and humidity readings. It supports temperature accuracy of up to ±1°C and relative humidity accuracy of ±7.5% RH, allowing users to detect overheating or excessive humidity before equipment performance is affected.
The sensor features multiple connectivity options, including RJ-45 input, RJ-45 output, and RJ-11 input ports. These interfaces allow seamless integration with the ATEN PG PDU Series and compatible environmental sensors such as EA1140, EA1240, and EA1340. In addition, the built-in terminal block supports EA1440, EA1441, EA1442 door sensors and the EA1540 capacitive leakage sensor, providing greater flexibility for environmental monitoring.
To support larger monitoring deployments, the ATEN Temperature Sensor EA1640 allows up to eight daisy-chained devices, making it an ideal solution for expanding infrastructure without adding unnecessary complexity.
Installation is quick and convenient. The included 1.5-meter RJ-45 cable allows flexible sensor placement, while the built-in magnet enables secure attachment to metallic surfaces. Rack mounting kits are also included for fast installation inside equipment racks.
