The ATEN HDMI Over IP VE8900T is a professional 1080p HDMI Over IP Transmitter designed to deliver visually lossless Full HD video, audio, and control signals over standard Gigabit Ethernet networks. Supporting transmission distances of up to 100 meters per network segment, the VE8900T provides a flexible and scalable AV over IP solution for modern digital signage, video wall, and enterprise AV installations.

Powered by ATEN’s advanced video compression technology, the ATEN HDMI Over IP VE8900T delivers 1080p Full HD video at 60 Hz with ultra-low latency, ensuring outstanding image quality while maintaining smooth real-time performance. Users can select different compression modes, including Smooth, Balance, and High Quality, to optimize bandwidth usage according to application requirements.

Unlike traditional AV distribution systems, the ATEN HDMI Over IP VE8900T enables virtually unlimited scalability through a standard LAN infrastructure. It supports point-to-point, point-to-multipoint, and multipoint-to-multipoint configurations without distance limitations imposed by conventional HDMI cabling.

The transmitter also supports multiple deployment modes, functioning as an HDMI extender, splitter, matrix switch, video wall processor, and daisy chain solution within a single AV over IP ecosystem. This flexibility significantly reduces installation complexity while maximizing infrastructure efficiency.

Designed for large-scale installations, the ATEN HDMI Over IP VE8900T supports video walls up to 8 × 8 (64 displays) with horizontal and vertical display rotation. Layouts can be configured quickly through an intuitive web-based interface using drag-and-drop management tools.

System deployment is simplified through Web GUI management, eliminating the need for dedicated server PCs or additional software. The integrated Find My VE Chrome utility automatically locates devices on the network, allowing administrators to access and configure the system with minimal IT expertise.

The ATEN HDMI Over IP VE8900T seamlessly integrates with the ATEN Control System, enabling centralized device management through CLI Telnet, RS-232, and touch panel interfaces. It also supports advanced scheduling, allowing administrators to automate content playback based on daily, weekly, or custom calendar events.
